Daniel J. Keating company has been engaged by Delaware County’s Haverford Properties and Virginia-based Jefferson Apartment Group to redevelop the former 9-acre Festival Pier on the Delaware River. Festival Pier has recently been most known for its concert hosting and originally it was long used for industrial uses, such as a trash incinerator.

Each multi-family unit will feature high-end finishes and many units will include private balconies with unobstructed views of the river and Ben Franklin Bridge. Amenities will include an elevated swimming pool overlooking the water, two unique rooftop speakeasy lounges with outdoor terraces, courtyard with fire pit and grilling stations, two fitness centers with an interactive studio, clubroom lounge with fireplace, game room with vintage arcade games, micro-offices, conference room, podcast studio, a pet spa and bike room.
