The redevelopment of this site will include 45,000 square feet of retail space, two mid-rise buildings that will accommodate 470 multifamily units and brand new public space including a plaza, splash pad water feature, art installations and extension of the Delaware River Trail through the parcel.
Each multi-family unit will feature high-end finishes and many units will include private balconies with unobstructed views of the river and Ben Franklin Bridge.
