Villanova University: Patterson Hall Renovations

Patterson Hall, located on the West Campus of Villanova University, is a 12,000 SF structure originally built in the 1890’s as a summer home for a wealthy Philadelphia Industrialist.

This 100 year old building houses the University’s Board Room, Reception Rooms, Administrative Offices, and the University Art Gallery.

The entire structure was renovated including a new slate roof, new HVAC, sprinkler, and electrical systems, millwork restoration, and extensive decorative finish work. A new elevator was also introduced within the structure. The project also included stone re-pointing, handicap accessibility, and extensive site work.
