Samuel S. Baxter Clear Well Basins 3 & 4 Water Project

We are honored to be selected as the general contractor for the Samuel S. Baxter Clear Well Basins 3 & 4 Water Project located in Northeast Philadelphia. Owned by the Philadelphia Water Department, these two additional basins will serve to pull and treat water from the Delaware River to supply approximately 58% of the city’s water supply. The addition of these two basins will ensure that the city can process supplemental water storage. We anticipate the basins to be complete by June 2027. Check out the progress photos below!
