Raymond Rosen Manor: Housing Renovation & New Construction
The Raymond Rose Manor Site (Previously known as Raymond Rosen Housing) is one of the largest and oldest development owned by the PHA (460 units). It was one of the most extensive housing renovations at the time in the United States.
Daniel J. Keating company completed the first phase of renovations encompassing completed exterior renovations to 308 apartments. Work included: New roofs, gutters, windows, siding, pointing, and electrical upgrades including site lighting.

Phase II included new kitchen and bathroom appliances and fixtures, washer/dryer connections, new heating systems, and new interior and exterior doors were installed.
