Philadelphia Insurance Companies Headquarters: Tenant Fit-out
Daniel J. Keating was hired to perform a complete tenant fit-out for Philadelphia Insurance Companies at their current headquarters at One Bala Plaza. The fit-out took place over 180,000 SF and four floors. Keating was also responsible for significant exterior improvements in coordination with the landlord. A dramatic 3-story atrium and connecting staircase has been installed on what was once the exterior of the building. Headquarter class renovations and finishes were installed throughout the entire space.
