In 2013, Daniel J. Keating was hired again to renovate both nine-story tower totaling 234,000 square feet in North Philadelphia. Work also included renovation of all public spaces including new roofs, plumbing upgrades, new HVAC systems, sprinkler and elevator modernization, and improved electrical services including lighting, power, fire alarm and nurses call system.
