Independence Hall: Historical Renovations

Restoration of Independence Hall and connecting Buildings: Old City Hall, West and East wings and Congress Hall.

Project included complete replacement of HVAC, sprinkler and electrical systems along with restoration of architectural  elements including roof replacement, structural repairs, window restoration and interior renovations.

At no time did Keating discount or violate the importance of maintaining the historic fabric of the project.

From an administrative prospective, the project was unique in that the metric system was the standard measurement and all Shop Drawings and As-builts were electronically generated using AutoCAD.
