Daniel J. Keating Company was selected as the general contractor for Phases 1, 2, and 3. A huge part of our success with this project was putting together the right team of subcontractors who possessed, and could execute, the high standards of craftsmanship required to restore the building envelope to its original condition when completed in 1901.
