Ardmore Crossing

The PECO Service and Administration facility in Ardmore was demolished and transformed into a mixed-use residential community which includes a three-story, 50,000 SF building with 53 one-bedroom rental units for seniors. Additional amenities include a lounge, community room and administrative offices.
