The project site scope of work includes a pedestrian plaza area on the westside of the building, fourteen parking spaces, laundry room and trash room on every residential floor, roof deck space, on-site property management offices, mail area, bike storage, community room with kitchenette, access control system at the residential entrance, automatic sprinkler system and a security surveillance system. The apartment scope includes LVT flooring throughout, water sense label plumbing fixtures and energy efficient lighting per Energy star and Enterprise Green Community requirements, and energy star labeled appliances project.
The project is Reduced-HERS certified and designed to meet 2020 Enterprise Green Communities® Criteria and EPA’s Energy Star Home program requirements.
