Daniel J. Keating Company was engaged by Elk Street Management to construct the new residential high-rise tower located just north of City Hall on North Broad Street. The new Mily on Green building sits upon a former Good Year Tire site which was demolished by Keating prior to construction. The completed building consists of 108 two and three-bedroom apartments, two shared amenity spaces, a green roof with terrace, and 11,000 square feet of commercial space. The underground garage includes parking for 31 spaces, automatic garage door operation, and electric vehicle charging. Stroller storage provided on all residential floors as well as 50 bicycle spots on the ground floor for the residents of the building. All units include luxurious kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and in-unit laundry.

The building, compromised of 150,000 square feet over 8 stories, was constructed using steel & plank with a brick and metal panel façade. The project was designed with energy efficient appliances, fixtures and MEP systems. LEED Gold Certification was awarded to this project.
