As VP of estimating and preconstruction, Kevin oversees a variety of responsibilities including the development and implementation of department and companywide processes and procedures and the strategic collaboration with ownership on resource management, project decisions, and company initiatives. Kevin has deep expertise in the industry, given he has worked for general contractors in Washington, DC, NYC and Philadelphia since 1995. He has a BS Civil Engineering degree from the University of Maryland College Park and has also studied in Copenhagen, Denmark through Villanova University.
