As Chief Estimator at Keating since 1995, Bill Farrell oversees all of the duties of the estimating department, and his expertise is relied upon in the bidding process, pre-construction services, purchasing, and all related construction activities. Bill also serves on the Keating Safety Committee.
Bill is a Graduate of Western New England College with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has worked in construction since he was 16 years old — as a laborer, an expediter, a project manager, and finally an estimator. He is a member of Who’s Who in Construction.
